I have been on 5 different anti depressants, plus one of them a second time, but none had much of an impact on me, so my psychiatrist stopped them. My CPN and I are actually now thinking they possibly did help slightly, although only slightly, as things have become more chaotic, and my overall mood has been lower since stopping them, but that's another story! My weight has been fairly all over the place for maybe 6 years now - the joys of having an eating disorder!Bippideehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10499124986641789890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2445354648404556157.post-50164270091610379802010-03-08T03:33:59.197+00:002010-03-08T03:33:59.197+00:00I have only just started reading your posts, so fo...I have only just started reading your posts, so forgive me for asking this seemingly obvious question, but has your weight escalated because of the medications you're on? If so, sometimes there is nothing to be done about that. All you can really do is eat healthy and try and exercise, but sometimes that weight just isn't going to come off. Since I started taking my meds, ( a few years ago), I have gained about 30 pounds, and have only recently started losing some of it. It is horrible. Try the food diary-that is one thing I haven't done, that may help? And again, good luck with the sleep. A regular sleep cycle may help with your eating patterns too. It has made me eat less than I usually would because I have been thinking about it, but that is definitely not a bad thing. Have to admit that I am quite curious about how L will find it - I always find food diaries very hard, but then I am coming at it from an EDed perspective, I have no idea if people with normal eating habits would have the same issues with it.

Slept much the same again last night unfortunately, and given that it is now 6AM, tonight is looking like it is going to be fairly bad too! Sorry your sleep is also bad. Sounds good that L is going to keep one too, she might be able to get a better grasp of how difficult it is for you to fill it in if she has to think about her own one.

I have no advice as far as sleep is concerned, I'm actually writing this at 4:38am so I can't really say anything without sounding like a massive hypocrite, but I do hope you managed to get a decent sleep tonight.

Thinking of you, take care xAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
